Slovenian/Croatian Winemakers’ Dinner

They’re baaaaaaaaack!

You guys, I am not even kidding when I say that THIS was absolutely one of THE most talked about wine dinner experiences of the Twin Cities last year!

The Slo/Cro Experience is BACK! 

A little backdrop and history… As many of you know, I have spent time amongst the wine growing regions of Croatia consulting for a winery within the gorgeous landscape of the Pelješac Peninsula.  After falling completely head over heels for the culture, the landscape, the culinary scene and of course, the wine, I passionately wanted nothing more than to spread the word and the love of the Croatian winemaking scene.  

Today, as the Croatian & Eastern Bloc wine sections in retail shops grow, consumers are becoming more aware of the gorgeous gems that continue to emerge from these historic wine growing scenes.  As the gospel spreads and more become acquainted the wines, more and more of you have asked for additional wine education surrounding this terrific landscape and its surrounding wine growing partners.  

Last year on April 5th, I hosted SEVEN unbelievably talented winemakers from these regions and it was one of THE most fun experiences for our guests.

While I can easily say that everyone had the time of their lives (thanks to our wolf pack of winemakers) — I can bet money that these gentlemen are looking to top your experience from last year.

This year, on April 4th @ Create Catering Dining Studio, Amusée will proudly host SEVEN WINEMAKERS directly from Croatia and Slovenia for an evening of delicious wine and food!

Event will begin at 6pm with passed apps and wine

Dinner will commence at 6:30pm with a five course meal — paired to SEVEN wines for enjoying!

Cost: $95 per person 

Truly an experience of a lifetime, as this is the ONE public event this group will perform within the state of MN.  This event is yours!

Wineries include:  Kobal, Pullus, Zlatan, Vina Zajc, Rodica, Marof and Skaramuca
