First Course
Oyster en Crudo and lemon foam
Second Course
Arugula-sweet basil salad, seared scallop, honey watermelon drizzled with a vanilla-pomegranate vinaigrette.
Third Course
Almond crusted Chilean sea bass served over a purple potato-avocado crab salad, garnished with basil-chili oil.
Fourth Course
Smoked salmon, confit asparagus served over Yukon potato gratin drizzled with mustard sauce.
Fifth Course
Oven roasted lamb served over roasted spinach gnocchi, red wine-fig demi glaze, garnished with fresh arugula-truffle salad.
Sixth Course
Almond-garlic crusted filet served over baby spinach, confit carrots, arugula drizzled with fig-20yr porto sauce garnished with cava-apple compote.
Seventh Course
Almond biscotti served with a chocolate-banana mascarpone cream garnished with strawberries.
