It’s a class series that Chef Mike Shannon & Sommelier Leslee Miller have been teaching for years, showcasing some of the tastiest seafood dishes and dispelling the fact that all wines, reds & whites, CAN be paired to fish!  

Each menu, every class and each experience within the series, equipped with a whole new series of recipes, wine pairings & more. 

So let us brighten the waning days of a Minnesota winter with a food and wine experience that connects the sea to the vineyard. And, learn more about how to pair wine with seafood while you enjoy combinations that are light, easy, fresh and affordable.
