Make summer feel even longer and more glorious (no, really, winter can feel like it’s years away) with the artful trio of Chef Mike Shannon of Cooks of Crocus Hill, Sommelier Leslee and Cicerone Michael Agnew of A Perfect Pint. Pair up some seasonal favorites with beer and wine chosen just for the occasion, and let the endless summer begin.
Menu: Watermelon, Feta and Mint Salad; Mediterranean Lemon Quinoa Bowl; Lamb Chops with Chickpeas and Tomatoes; Lemon Blueberry Mascarpone Tartlets.
