One, this Sip Better pop up event is here to introduce you fully to our new national wine club. Call it, to give you a full understanding of how & why the club exists. Secondly, this ‘Sip Better Pop Up’ scenario is also basically a Grape Juice 101 of sorts for anyone interested in learning more about their own palate. We’ll cover acid, tannins, fruit, alcohol & sugar — the basics in wine — while we sip, learn and discover more about our own palates!
Note: Joining Sip Better is not a requirement of this class. You will also not be obligated to join Sip Better once the class is finished. It is simply just a way for ME to show YOU first hand how to learn more about your palate as we taste our way through FIVE separate international wines, while showing you the ins and outs of looking, smelling, tasting wine and tossing in a few fun glassware etiquette tips, pairing tips and more. So yep, call it a GRAPE JUICE 101 class or Sip Better Intro Party. Either way you shake it, you’ll walk away with a ton more info about how to tell what & why you like certain wines more than others and the bonus…you learn a little more about the Sip Better wine club while you’re doing it!
