Come on, tell me you love sandwiches as much as I do!  Like every kind of sandwich…piled high with various meats, or veggies, or PB & Js, spicy, sloppy, with an egg on it?  If yes, then this is the class for you!

Join myself and good chef friend, Scott Pampuch, for an evening of pairing good ole fashioned sandwiches (while learning how to build your best sammie) to VINO in this wine + sandwich pairing class!

November 28th 6-8:30pm @ Cooks of Crocus Hill, NORTH LOOP, 208 N. 1st Street
Minneapolis, MN

Class Description: Screen Shot 2017-10-04 at 10.49.15 AMGrilled cheese and vino? Bubbles and PB&J? You betcha! Just when you thought you’d seen it all, Cooks’ favorite somm, Leslee Miller, bring one of her favorite food and wine combos to the kitchen! Teaming up with longtime pal, Chef Scott Pampuch, Executive Chef for Fulton Brewing, this combo is ready for a sammie/wine throw-down! Think easy-to-make delicious decadent sandwiches paired with all the grapes on the spectrum. Your mind will be thinking outside the box – your mouth watering even before class starts!

Menu: Open Faced Krokover; Jewish Bagel with Lox; Classic Capaldo; Roast Beef on Rye; Porchetta. Sparkling, White, Rosé and Reds are all viable options for sammie pairings.

  • I first met Leslee at a “Bubbles Class” at Cooks of Crocus on Grand Avenue. After finding her very personable, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about wine, I invited her over to host a wine tasting at my condo with my very close friends. Leslee converted the non-wine lovers into appreciating a glass of wine and wine lovers to understand their palate. I am proud to call Leslee my personal wine Sommelier, mentor, and friend. I hope you get to experience Leslee’s personality and love for wine. Jen T.
