Join this veteran duo for their brand new ‘The California Table’ course on April 19th at  Roth Living for an experience jam packed with loads of interactive food and wine education, coupled with a variety of small plate courses paired to unique wines from around the globe.  Roth Living, not only one of the most beautiful SubZero/Wolf showrooms in the midwest, but also one that provides one gorgeous culinary teaching arena.  

Come be a part of this Chef + Sommelier experience as the two cover a plethora of delicious fresh California spring dishes paired to some of the newest, most cutting edged California made wines in the market.  Wines that focus solely on wines made in California’s new winemaking era, The California, coined by author Jon Bonné.  Learn a few new culinary tricks in the kitchen while taking home a handful of new spring recipes, perfect for all your spring/summer dinner parties or for fluffing up your very own dinner menus at home!  In turn, Leslee will share her favorite tips for keeping healthy while drinking some of her favorite sips.  What makes wine healthy?  Come find out!
