Guess what time it is? Bubbles and Bites time! Chef Mike Shannon and Sommelier Leslee Miller’s very popular annual bubble extravaganza is back and better than ever. Covering a wide variety of international bubblies from Italy, Germany, US, Spain, France and beyond, these two are your ticket to showing you firsthand the how-to’s of what, where and how to sip, pair and enjoy the best of the world’s bubbles this holiday season. (Oh and all paired to whole variety of delicious foods for entertaining!) Ready to get your sparkle on? Let’s pop some corks!

  • I first met Leslee at a “Bubbles Class” at Cooks of Crocus on Grand Avenue. After finding her very personable, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about wine, I invited her over to host a wine tasting at my condo with my very close friends.
