Back by popular demand, round two of Sips that Zip! In this mini-series wine class, part one, Sommelier Leslee Miller of Amusée showcased: “anything but the usual suspects.” Meaning: No Chardonnay. No Merlot. No Cabernet. No Pinot Noir, etc. You get the drill. But then we realized that there are at least 9,900 more grapes to scope out!
