It’s beginning to look a lot like the holiday season! As we hustle & bustle readying ourselves for family, friends, gatherings & more, it’s important to remember to take care of numero uno, YOU. That’s why Amusée’s Vinyoga is back!
This time we’ve teamed up with the Twin Cities own, yogi to the stars, Fox 9’s exercise guru, DJ, trainer, dancer… (phew!) Omaur Bliss. After many years of teaching wine & yoga together, Leslee & Omaur have come together to bring you a little holiday cheer, yogi style.
Enjoy a relaxing 60min yoga practice led by Omaur, afterwards sip on bottomless mimosas (OJ or Pumpkin Purée) or one build your own Bloody Mary bar ALL while enjoying a special Athleta shopping boutique!
Get in a little holiday shopping while enjoying bubbly AND getting in some yoga? I think they call that ‘winning’!
Join us from 11am-1pm on Dec 10th for a little ‘you’ time!
Location: Ox Cart, 255 6th St E, St Paul
What you’ll need to know: Arrive by 10:45am, yoga starts promptly by 11am. Parking is avail via the ramp or street. Bring a mat & your water bottle.
Cost: $25 per person. Tickets are non refundable, but are transferrable.
