Love is Blind: A Sensory Styled Wine Pairing Dinner

You’ve done the white-napkin fancy dinner, the love notes and chocolates, the bubble bath and candles. This year, blow away all those Valentine standards with a blindfolded wine tasting dinner. Come with your partner, a friend, or even solo, for a exciting night for the senses. Sommelier Leslee Miller leads you through a selection of wines that are rich with hints of spice, herbs, and fruit while blindfolded, while Chef Mike Shannon prepares a fantastic dinner for the occasion.  (Don’t worry, we won’t make you eat blindfolded, too!)
Menu: Crab Fritters with Rémoulade; Roasted Tomato Salad; Braised Beef Short Ribs with Vegetable Purée; Balsamic Berries with Panna Cotta.
