Come see why we LOVE the Vallée du Rhône and all the delicious grapes it has to offer! Join me June 13th at Cooks of Crocus Hill in St Paul on Grand Ave from 6-8:30pm for a food and wine pairing class equipped with lots of yummy wines & new recipes to take home.  
As we explore the geography and grapes of the Rhone Valley, we’ll pair a number of fabulous Rhone styled wines to these equally spectacular eats. Get ready to loosen your belt and imbibe!
Menu: Cherry Tomato and Lemon Salad; Duck-Stuffed Portobellos; Smoked Trout and Arugula Pasta; White Chocolate Mousse with Syrah-Laced Blueberries.
