Female Tastemakers’ Event 2.0
Amusée’s first ever ‘Female Tastemakers’: Women & Wine Event was held last April. Due to its success and overwhelming request for creating another, we are bringing this gorgeous event back!
Welcome to our Female Tastemakers’ Event 2.0 ~ Celebrating the amazing world of female wine professionals!
Not only in the Twin Cities, but across the country, we are surrounded by a force of extraordinary women in the wine industry, from restaurant, retail, education to the wholesale world of wine. Having been surrounded by these extraordinary women and many of them for well over a decade, not only are we featuring a slew of fantastic women again for our second annual, but I have asked that they only feature FEMALE WINEMAKERS as part of their pairings! Cheers to the ultimate Power of the SHE this year!
Again this year, I asked SIX gorgeous ladies to come be a part of an evening filled with fantastic food and wine. Wines that they are either currently swooning over, extraordinary wines that they find live a little bit outside of their usual drinking circles (but LOVE), wines that are (again) only made by international women and of course, think are the best match for the course that they’re paired up with.
Here’s how it works!
Event takes place on May 11, 2017 @ The Cambria Studio, downtown Mpls (625 2nd Ave S #101, Minneapolis, MN 55402)
Time: Apps passed @ 6pm, Seated dinner begins @ 6:30pm
Cost: $70 includes 7 hand-selected boutique wines paired 5 specially crafted courses, with appetizers to start.
Culinary design by none other than, Create Catering, my absolute favorite caterer in the Twin
Cities! Chef Extraordinaire, Corey Meier, of Create at the helm of this magnificent 5 course dinner.
Female Tastemakers include ladies from the Twin Cities region and this year, Chicago!
Each course, inclusive of appetizers to begin, will be paired to a wine of each lady’s choice! Not only will we make this event fun, but it will certainly be an event you’ll be talking about for months to come.
Important Note: This event is NOT limited to just female attendees. I have intended this event to be a showcasing of some of the long standing women in the industry that have done an amazing job building the world of wine and community as we know it today.
