You asked, we listened!  One of the most requested Cooks of Crocus Hill class ideas was for Chef Mike Shannon and Sommelier Leslee Miller to teach a class on Spanish Pintxos, paired to Iberian fortifieds (think sherry, port and Madeira). Well, you got your wish! This magical class will showcase those Iberian gems with a can’t-miss Spanish menu that integrates classic flavors with innovative approaches. 

Buckle up as if you’re flying with us to the regions!  

Having spent time amongst these fortified IMG_8770regions, sip with Leslee as you learn the basics of fortified wines from: Vermouth, Sherry, Port to Madeira.  Chef Mike will take you through the culinary side while noshing on a few classic, and not so classic, Iberian bites (tapas) from a variety of the same regions.  Best part, you’ll learn how to make these easy eats at home for your next Spanish themed party, while learning exactly how to pair them!
