IMG_4958This is truly one of my new favorite classes to teach @ Cooks of Crocus Hill with my favorite Twin Cities chef, Mike Shannon!  Our Chef/Somm Table series (on to our second menu due to its popularity) comes directly from our ‘class suggestions’ at Cooks asking us to whip up a menu with pairings that only Chef Mike & I love to eat when we’re not teaching and sharing our love for food & wine with y’all.

Chef Mike Shannon and Sommelier Leslee Miller have been teaching as a team for almost a decade at Cooks, and never fail to amaze us with their fresh, new ideas in wine and food pairings. In this round, you’ll get a glimpse of what they love to eat when they’re not working, including easy-but-amazing dishes you can whip up at home anytime.

Menu: Spring Spinach and Arugula Salad with Maple-Dijon Vinaigrette, Apple and Pecans; Mac ‘n’ Cheese Minis; Bacon and Manchego Turkey Burgers with Crunchy Slaw; Peanut Butter and Chocolate Pot de Creme.
