Join us for a pop up small grower wine + artisan cheese class with long time teaching duo — Ms. Leslee, Amusée + Sip Better’s Somm + Founder and her amazingly talented certified cheese professional gal pal, the lovely Ms. Katie Milliron.
These two ladies have oodles of cheese + wine pairing classes together under their belts showcasing what they love so very much — combining small batch cheese producers with exquisite small wine growers from around the globe!
Their passion is contagious, and the knowledge they have for their subjects is astounding! This is truly one class you do not want to miss. Learn not only the tips + tricks to pairing wine and cheese, but also the best entertaining tips for throwing your own wine and cheese party, along with ‘how to buy, store + best use’ both of these subjects combined. We promise, you’ll learn alot while sipping + noshing on two of our favorite subjects!
Class comes with 4 boutique intl. wines paired to 5 small batch intl. cheeses — yum!
Location: Sip Better Wine Mpls | 707 N 3rd St, Mpls, MN
Date + Time: February 5th — 2-4pm (with time for shopping at Sip Better immediately after, until 6pm)
Parking: the Sip Better lot (attached to the right hand side of the Sip Better bldg, does have a handful of free spots in spaces 5-10 or there this a paid parking ramp across the street + plenty of street metered parking available surrounding our bldg)
Note: please arrive by 1:45pm to reserve your spot if you are coming with another person or group of people as we do not want to disrupt the class with moving seats, should you come late and want to sit with the peeps you came with.
