Chef Thomas Boemer is chef and co-owner of Corner Table and Revival Restaurants. Chef Boemer recently won both the regional Cochon555 event as well as the national Grand Cochon, earning the title of the ‘King of Porc.’ Chef Boemer is a 2 time nominee for the Food and the Wine Magazine’s people choice for best new chef.Chef Jorge Guzman is executive chef at Surly Brewing Company. Chef Guzman has been nominated for best chef Midwest 2016 by the James Beard Foundation, and won the Minneapolis regional completion for Cochon555. Guzman was named chef of the year 2015 and received 3.5/4 stars by the Star Tribune, and named a 2015 Top Chef by Food Service News. Brewers Table was named on the Food & Wine’s best new restaurants of 2016.
