Amusée, Create Catering, Libation Project and Oregon’s Adelsheim Winery team up for one extraordinary food and wine experience!
Be a part of one of David Adelsheim’s last professional wine dinners before he retires as CEO and President of the winery he founded in 1971.
Wines from Adelsheim’s cellar will be showcased from vintages past, while Sommelier Leslee Miller and Create Catering’s culinary team bring to life a menu paired exquisitely to Oregon Pinot Noirs and more.
Note from Sommelier Leslee Miller: ‘I would be remiss not to point out that I have orchestrated some serious BALLER WINES for this event! This is NOT your ordinary ‘wine dinner’. Two of my favorite ‘past’ vintages will sit side-by-side in one course (it’s a surprise), along with 4 others for the evening. If you have not experienced Create Catering’s extreme talents, this is certainly the dinner you will not want to miss. It is with extreme honor that I am able to showcase & orchestrate such an event for this Oregon wine industry legend. A MUST ATTEND event!‘
Cost is $95 per person and includes: 6 wines, 5 courses, tax and gratuity (a steal!)
Passed appetizers will begin at 6pm, seated dinner at 6:30pm.
There is PLENTY of parking within Create Catering’s Dining Studio space parking lot. Easy to get to, with lots of easy parking!
