An event I have, honestly, wanted to do for years — finally comes to fruition with some of the BEST peeps in the industry.  

Amusée’s catering partner and truly the creators of some of THE BEST food in town, Create Catering, has designed one AMAZING ‘all pork6022d9b3-9d65-4847-bbce-4caaac2b3326coursed menu filled with tantalizing treats that incorporate words like:  Cola BBQ, Rilette, Smoked, Confit, Belly, Biscuit, Caramelized, Chimichurri and yep, Cheesecake.  

On the bevi side, I have hand-selected a wide range of current and SURPRISE back- vintaged Pinot Noirs from one of my favorite U.S. wine growing regions, the Willamette Valley of Oregon.  

After having spent years amongst the Oregon wine industry as director to Archery Summit Winery, IMG_0875not only am I including back vintages from my OWN wine collection to pair with this dinner, in addition, have included a variety of producers that have truly shaped the Oregon industry in to the world-class growing region it is today.  Taste current and multi generational Pinot Noirs from eras that may be long gone, but still as fresh in your glass as the day they were produced!

Truly, a night you won’t forget and one, well worth ‘for the books’.
