Ever wonder what Cooks’ favorite chef and sommelier duo yearn to eat and drink when they’re done teaching? Get a glimpse into their dream food and wine pairings, with a class that showcases all the favorite late-night eats and sips of Chef Mike Shannon and Sommelier Leslee Miller. Rich flavors, inventive combinations and amazing libations: they’re all here, ready to be discovered.
Menu: Prosciutto Fritters; Pub-Style Pastrami Mostarda Stack; White Sauce, Sausage and Mushroom Pizza; Chef’s Cookies and Ice Cream.
