Chef Mike Shannon and Sommelier Leslee Miller’s annual class just got better. (I know, we didn’t think it was possible either!) The duo have put their top bubbly pairings into one menu. Pop and sip sparkling wines from the around the globe, as Leslee shares insights on these fantastic sparklers, and Chef Mike creates some super tasty items that are perfect for your upcoming holiday menus. Come be a part of this annual celebration of Bubbles around the Globe and get in on Leslee’s annual sabering tradition to start the class!

Menu: Tempura Prosciutto and Asparagus Wrapped Bundle; Crab Cake with Rémoulade; Warm Cheesy Artichoke Dip; Chocolate Bite.
